1 Setting Objectives
DataTalk will work with the client to crystallise the objectives of the research and identify the characteristics of the target population. DataTalk will then advise on the content of the questionnaire and the size and format of the research sample.
2 Development of Questionnaire

Based on the objectives of the research and the characteristics of the target population, DataTalk will define the content and develop the questionnaire for use with any of the methods of administration.
3 Methods of Administration

DataTalk are equipped to provide surveys using any one or a combination of the following media:

* Face to face interview
* E-mail
* Telephone interview
* Internet
* Mail
* Intranet
DataTalk will advise on the most appropriate method of administration based on the characteristics of the target population, sample size, technology available and cost.
